Sessions will be delivered in areas specified by West Yorkshire Combined Authority with input from the 5 district councils and will target individuals living in areas of health inequalities. The sessions should encourage people to manage their wellbeing through active travel and get them thinking about opportunities to add physical activity into their daily routine.
