Notice Description
The University wishes to appoint a supplier for an initial 2 year contract to provide an Illumina whole genome Re-sequencing service, using supplied QC-checked genomic DNA samples from plant leaf tissue. The requirement is as follows: * NGS platform: Illumina HiSeq X/4000, 150 base PE reads * <= 800bp insert normal library; * 240 to 720 samples, supplied in batches of 48; * 15 Gb per sample.
