The CA wish to appoint a suitability qualified external consultant (or external consultancy agency) to evaluate the Brownfield Housing Fund Programme. This will be structured around an Interim Report and a Final Report both of which will be submitted electronically and include aspects of process, impact and value for money, alongside broader strategic aims and achievements. Alongside the electronic reports this commission will require a presentation on the completion of each report.
