Demolish the Side by Side site at Big Hill, E5 9HH. The Side by Side site in Springfield Park, previously a nursery now returned to the Council, contains unsafe, dilapidated buildings posing health and safety risks. Future site plans are undetermined, but demolition is required to mitigate risks from squatters and trespassers. This contract covers the demolition of these unsafe buildings.
