The bidder will build and fit out 22 new houses including associated infrastructure, services, landscaping, and all other consequential associated works within the site demise whilst maintaining Rights of Way as necessary specific to the site. * Scott Road - Scott Road, Kettering, NN16 9JX Additional information: Please note that this project is time critical and therefore if you genuinely cannot meet the procurement key timescales and deadlines that you are expected to fully observe then please do not submit a bid. The procurement timescales and deadlines are: Stage 1 - Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) 1. PQQ published on Contracts Finder - 20th March 2020 2.
