However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The University of Bath requires two separate deposition tools for the David Bullett Nanofabrication Facility; an Electron Beam Evaporator (E-beam) and a Thermal Evaporator (Thermal). The University is open to tenders for the two systems from differing suppliers. However, we may also consider purchasing both machines from the same supplier if this offers the best value.
