Notice Description

Sound attenuating rockwool wired mat insulation affixed within ceiling and floor voids along partition lines and formed around obstructions such as FCU/pipework. Acoustic partition system in RAL 9006 powder finish; including standard height timber door c/w solid over panel and SAA ironmongery; including solid partition sections with one incorporating a ply lining pattress to enable weight loading for TV screen; including full height double glazed sections with internal operable venetian blinds. Emulsion paint finish to solid sections. Alter lighting to include manual controls for the office separate from the open plan area. Include for 4 x flat panel inset 600mm x 60mm LED lights able to offer 400lux average to the working plain. BMS alterations to fan coils. A new module may be required to ensure the system is independently adjustable with an additional software licence form the manufacturer.
