Thrive Homes is looking to source a single contractor to deliver External Decoration & Cyclical Works. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence on 9th October 2017 and will continue for a period of four years, with the option to extend for a further four years. Thrive Homes is a housing association which owns and manages over 4,000 rented and 300 leasehold properties in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire and is increasing its stock within these areas with a healthy development programme. They provide high quality affordable homes and excellent services to help develop communities where people will enjoy living. They continuously improve, to ensure the delivery of the best possible services for all of their customers, offering value for money, maximum choice and the ability to influence decisions.
