Boiler renewal & associated works at individual flats 1-68 Clifton Court to be undertaken as non-conforming gas boiler flue systems (TB008) where identified as passing through a communal service riser duct throughout the building, the need for accessing the flue systems for inspection has therefore impacted on safety in relation to containing fire spread as required in approved building regulations.
