Maidstone Borough Council is seeking to appoint a specialist in culture change to help us build upon the work we have already started on changing working practices caused by Covid-19 and to help us to identify future workforce culture to support the delivery of new, different or improved services. Sustaining and improving performance is delivered through our people. We want to ensure that the organisational culture has the capacity to deliver high performing services through effective Leadership & Management and to embrace innovation/creativity as well as new ways of working. We want to create a culture where people can do their personal best through a range of interventions such as coaching, mentoring and training programmes.
