Notice Description
The demolition of the existing community centre and the construction of a new community centre including mechanical and electrical installations, finishes, fittings and site works. Note, the completion date of the works is indicative only. A Form of tender is included within the tender documents. Please check and advise if any of the information listed in the attached invitation letter is missing from the tender enquiry. The site is accessible for a visit by contacting Aston Clinton Clerk to the Council Elaine Barry: 01296 631269. Please advise any tender queries by : 16th August 2019. Please provide the following information with your tender return: - Details on relevant experience - A quality statement - Financial information including 3 years of accounts Please submit the above information, form of tender and the tender main summary fully completed by 12 noon on Friday 30th August 2019 to Aston Clinton Parish Council London Rd, Aston Clinton, Aylesbury HP22 5HL, in a sealed envelope marked Aston Clinton New Community Centre.
