The Council wishes to procure a contractor to assist in the delivery of decent broadband connectivity to those premises outside the BBfN programme who will continue to receive a poor broadband service, focussing on those with download speeds of Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
