RFI for New Cross Surgery, Middleton Park Surgery & Swillington Health Practice APMS
Notice Description
NHS England - North (Yorkshire and Humber) (NHSE) are the contracting authority for the provision of local GP practice services in Leeds area. Under the co-commissioning arrangements in place from April 2015, NHSE and NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group Partnership (CCG) are currently reviewing the GP services at New Cross Surgery, Middleton Park Surgery and Swillington Health Practice. The commissioners would like to gather some soft intelligence from the market and are requesting that organisations complete and return the Request for Information that is provided with this notice by 12 noon 15 November 2017. As part of the market engagement exercise NHSE and the CCG may invite potential providers to a market engagement event/workshop. If organised, this will potentially be held the week commencing 4 December 2017. Times to be advised. North of England Commissioning Support is managing this process for and on behalf of NHSE. To express an interest: NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to communicate with potential providers. No hard copy documents will be issued and all communications will be conducted via the portal https://www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal/?CID=NECS hosted by Proactis, the managed service provider for the NECS e-tendering system. It is free to register on the portal, and it can be accessed at any time of day. Any queries should be sent by Email: Suppliersupport@proactis.com or via the website: http://proactis.kayako.com/suppliernetwork/Core/Default/Index (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.00pm). All communications and submissions will be conducted via the NECS e-tendering portal. This facility allows you to express an interest and is NOT part of any pre-qualification or selection process. It is an awareness, communication and information gathering exercise.
