The Council requires a bespoke piece of work using the 3D model. This is a bespoke engagement project that will provide information and explanation for some of the council's active travel projects. The requirement will be an informative video and an interactive 'game' as part of the 3D platform. This piece of work needs to engage with the Council's 3D model which is operated by Digital Urban. Please review the attached documentation and provide an expression of interest if this is something you are interested, capable of and have the necessary capacity.
