Market Engagement for The Provision of a Primary Care Locality Service on behalf of NHS Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group
Notice Description
The purpose of this Market Engagement opportunity is to support NHS Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG), in seeking information from Providers which will be used to help determine the commissioning approach for The Provision of a Primary Care Locality Service for the population of Bolton. It is the intention in the design of the service to commission a Primary Care Locality Service. Supporting information can be located within the Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ) and the draft Service Specification available for download on the EU-Supply portal. The MEQ responses will help the CCG to further refine the draft Service Specification and to determine the most appropriate route to contract award, as well as inform the potential benefits of competition to improve services with regards to meeting the needs of service users, improving quality, value for money and better integration without destabilising service provision. Completed questionnaires should be uploaded onto the EU-Supply Portal via the message page by 12 Noon on Monday 4th September 2017. For the purpose of this Market Engagement exercise, the indicative Affordability Threshold is estimated to be PS4,000,000.00 per annum, pending further confirmation of national funding. It is envisaged that the Contract will be for a duration of 5 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years with the commencement date of 1st April 2018. This Market Engagement opportunity has also been advertised in OJEU.
