Awarded via Lot 1: Digital Outcomes of Crown Commercial Service's Digital Outcomes and Specialists 4 (RM1043.6) framework agreement. An intelligent client technical architecture and business analysis function for Consular Directorate. The Supplier will develop an integrated Consular technical architecture underpinning Buyer's public facing online services. The Supplier will be responsible for; * Setting up and embedding Buyer's Consular technical architecture function * Producing a programme business case to transform the Consular technical architecture to support Consular online services Managing the transformation programme, including the rollout of mission critical system this financial year
