Contract Award Notice to Headland Consultancy Limited to provide communications advice and execution to Border to Coast. - Stakeholder and audience mapping - working with the Border to Coast team to update current mapping and identify relevant new stakeholders - Message development - reviewing and updating existing messaging, as well as helping to draft new messaging with the Border to Coast team - Development and launch of specific moments - working with the Border to Coast team to create and launch set-piece moments, thought leadership, and product launches - Press office support - proactive media engagement on Border to Coast's behalf, creating opportunities for spokespeople and helping to support interviews, briefings and other proactive press office activity - Issues management support - advice, materials development and media engagement - Monitoring and intel - sharing of relevant media articles and policy announcements with the Border to Coast team - Political and policy advice - while not in the core scope, Headland will provide ad-hoc advice as required by the Border to Coast team Procured through Quick Quote functionality on Proactis - 3 suppliers approached.
