Summary of the contracting process

The procurement process involves a framework agreement for consultancy services initiated by Procure Plus Holdings Limited. This framework aims to serve the social housing sector predominantly but may extend to other public buildings such as schools and offices. The opportunity was officially published on 30 April 2018, with a tender period that closed on 1 June 2018. The total estimated value of the framework is £22,737,000, and it is classified under building consultancy services. The contract period runs from 23 July 2018 to 22 April 2022, with the procurement method being an open procedure above threshold.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses involved in consultancy services, particularly those with expertise in social housing and public sector projects. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that focus on building consultancy are especially encouraged to participate, as the framework allows various contracting authorities, including social housing providers and local authorities, to award contracts throughout its duration. Businesses should be prepared to adapt their proposals based on potentially increasing lot values depending on demand from participating entities.
