Estate Offices - Conversions Project
Notice Description
The Estate Offices - Conversion works. The Council is looking to appoint a works contractor to carry out the scope of works on the Estates Conversion project in relation to RIBA Stages 4-7. The proposed works are for design and construction on 4 sites, John Aird Court, Falkirk House, Edinburgh House and Sunderland House. The Council is looking to utilise existing assets throughout the City of Westminster for the provision of new affordable homes to meet the growing housing need within the borough.
