Notice Description
Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities for the provision of Planned Maintenance and Remedial Works, Reactive Maintenance and Delivery of Minor Works for a significant number of Automatic HVAC Controls & Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) a Building Management System. This service shall encompass all day-to-day repairs and servicing, inspections and testing of properties, as detailed within the tender documentation pack.
