Provision of a Machine Learning Toolkit for Rail Regulatory Data
Notice Description
Provide a selection of specialist contractors with suitable skills and experience to complete the following objectives. ORR will then select one specialist from this selection. Objective 1: Provision of a Machine Learning tool, to predict projects which will miss regulatory milestones, based on historic financial data. Objective 2: Provision of a Machine Learning tool, to identify impacts of ORR safety interventions, based on track asset data.
