Notice Description
For the works and Conversion of Coral Seclusion Suite This project is to be carried out at Ardenleigh, which is a mental health inpatient facility located in Birmingham. The works entail the conversion and upgrade of existing inpatient rooms on Coral Ward into a Seclusion Suite and a Low Stimulus Area, the creation of an Internet cafe in the standalone patient "Hub" building and the refurbishment of the patient shop. The Procurement Process will entail completing the PQQ, which will be reviewed and depending on the outcome of review you may be invited to submit your best and final offer for this work.
