East Suffolk Council ('the Council', 'ESC') is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced company to carry out the refurbishment and associated works to a residential property at Healey Close, Lowestoft. The project is to carry out refurbishment and reconfiguration as well as the removal of the existing and construction of a new rear extension to this 3 bedroom residential property in North Lowestoft.
