Summary of the contracting process

The London Borough of Haringey is inviting suppliers to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Adults and Children's Home Support Services. This initiative aims to procure various types of home support services for vulnerable adults and children (0-18 years) within the borough and across London. The procurement stage is currently at the tender phase, and interested suppliers must apply by 12th February 2035. The DPS will operate until 13th February 2035 and service providers will be selected through mini competitions based on specific service subcategories such as Home Support, Reablement, Out of Borough, and Family Support, among others. The total value of the contracts is estimated at £250 million, and services are expected to be delivered in London, primarily in the N22 7TR postal code area.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses involved in social work and community health services. SMEs and VCSEs are particularly encouraged to participate, as they can benefit from the flexible category structure, selecting services they are best equipped to deliver. The DPS framework allows for potential collaborations and expansions of service territories, offering growth opportunities both within Haringey and other London boroughs through an access agreement. Businesses specialising in home support, therapeutic family support, and reablement services are well-positioned to compete in the mini competitions and secure contracts that can enhance their market presence and capacity for service delivery.
