This is a procurement strategy for a Street Outreach Service (SOS) for Rough Sleepers. The single supplier delivering the contract will have a fixed annual value of PS262,120 for an initial period of 5 years commencing on 1 July 2022, with an option to extend for a further period or periods not exceeding 5 years in increments at the council's discretion, making a total fixed contract value of PS2,621,200 across the maximum 10 year term.
