Westminster City Council's Employment Service requires a solution to support the operational activity, performance monitoring and evaluation of the new service. Going forward the solution will support the Service to inform future commissioning and strategic planning for employment provision in Westminster. Key requirements: Staff and customer portal Activity management including action plans Self-service job search Assessment and CV building Track candidate actions to measure engagement and outcomes Intelligent job alerts to match candidates to positions based on their profile & preferences. Manage and track referrals from partners The contract was awarded for the period of two years with an option of extending for a further year.
