Notice Description
Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the Planned Replacement of Boilers and Heating Systems under the Housing Investment Programme for the Council's residential properties. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
