NOTE: This notice was updated on 28 September 2022 for the following reason: Addition of further CPV codes.(Expression of interest and shortlisting for the appointment of a suitably experienced Contractor to undertake the design and build of a single development comprised of 10 apartments, 3 retail units and ancillary car and cycle parking in Railway Street, Chelmsford.)
