The service provides support (up to 12 months) intensive accommodation based for 12 vulnerable women and if appropriate their children up to the age of 6 (or higher subject to agreement and matching years) to enable them to live independently in the community. The service is intended to support women with a variety of needs including those who may be considered to have complex needs. This may include those who may have a chaotic lifestyle, a history of offending, substance misuse problems, mental health problems, domestic violence the mothers themselves may be care leavers.
