This contract is to undertake quarterly polling on GOV.UK. This research aimed to collect robust data on user satisfaction, trust, and engagement; evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the platform; and gain a comprehensive understanding of the GOV.UK user base. Insights generated from this work were used to inform continuous service improvements and enhance the overall user experience.
