Notice Description
The Ministry of Justice intends to procure apprenticeship training services covering digital, data and technology standards via Crown Commercial Service Dynamic Purchasing System RM6102. Estimated total value: PS33,655,000 (indicative, subject to change). The Authority is proposing the indicative procurement lotting structure set out within this notice. This request is issued as part of pre-procurement market engagement only and the Authority reserves the right to amend the lotting strategy prior to tender. All communications between MoJ and Suppliers during this engagement process must strictly be made using the MoJ e-Sourcing portal. Suppliers must create an account on the e-sourcing portal found via the link here: https://ministryofjusticecommercial.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html . If you have any issues registering, please contact 0845 0100 132 or email esourcing@justice.gov.uk. Suppliers can access the 'PQQ_604 - Digital & Data Apprenticeships' and provide feedback using the messaging facility. The deadline for feedback is 03 July 2026 12:00 BST. This notice is issued for preliminary market engagement purposes only and is not a call for competition. Participation is restricted to suppliers registered on the Crown Commercial Service Apprenticeship Training Dynamic Purchasing System RM6102. It is anticipated that levels of participation may vary across the lots. The Authority welcomes engagement from suppliers across all service areas to support continued competition and market development. Suppliers not currently registered are advised to apply to join the DPS if they wish to participate in future competition. This notice reflects the Ministry of Justice's current intentions only. The Authority reserves the right to amend the scope, structure, lotting strategy, estimated learner numbers, estimated values and any other aspect of the procurement at any time prior to release of the Invitation to Tender (ITT). Suppliers should ensure they are registered on RM6102 and monitor the DPS for further updates.
