The Ministry of Justice intends to procure apprenticeship training services covering digital, data and technology standards via Crown Commercial Service Dynamic Purchasing System RM6102. Estimated total value: PS33,655,000 (indicative, subject to change). The Authority is proposing the indicative procurement lotting structure set out within this notice. Suppliers are invited to provide feedback to inform the final approach, specifically on whether the structure is clear and workable, which lot(s) you would be interested in bidding for, any barriers to participation, key risks or delivery challenges, and any suggested alternative lotting arrangements. This request is issued as part of pre-procurement market engagement only and the Authority reserves the right to amend the lotting strategy prior to tender. All communications between MoJ and Suppliers during this engagement process must strictly be made using the MoJ e-Sourcing portal. Suppliers must create an account on the e-sourcing portal found via the link here: https://ministryofjusticecommercial.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html .
