Summary of the contracting process

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has awarded a contract titled "Tell us about your Care Partnerships", which involves the continuous supply of "Share your experience" web forms. This contract focuses on gathering information about individual experiences of health and social care services across England, aimed at enhancing service regulation. The procurement method used was a contract variation and covers a contract value of £19,955. The contract period runs from 19 December 2018 to 18 December 2019. This initiative falls under the market research services category and aims to promote CQC's standards to the public.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for growth, particularly for businesses engaged in market research, data collection, or public engagement within health services. Companies that specialise in community outreach or have existing relationships with the public regarding health and social care would be well-suited to compete in future opportunities stemming from this programme. It highlights a valuable pathway to contribute to the quality of care services while potentially expanding their client base within the healthcare sector.
