Notice Description
The contract for the refurbishment of 1 Greenway, Horwich was tendered with a maximum allowed submission price of PS250,000. Whilst the current refurbishment budget is PS200,000 per property (incl fees), this figure is not market tested, therefore tender submissions were allowed up to PS250,000 to ensure a realistic market cost for the works could be identified.
