NOTE: This notice was updated on 07 August 2024 for the following reason: The deadline for Expression of Interest is extended until 21.08.2024 by 1 pm(We are looking to acquire a Hall effect system to measure resistivity/conductivity, carrier mobility and carrier concentration and type in semiconductor thin films. The system must be well suited to measure transparent conductive oxides as well as solar absorbers such as Sb2(S, Se)3, Cu2ZnSn(S, Se4) and related materials typically deposited on glass substrates. The system should be compact and benchtop and capable of reliably measuring thin film samples in van der Pauw mode with low mobility down to 0.01 cm cm2/V. s with resistances from 10 m-ohm to 1 giga-ohm without compromising the measurement quality of samples with high mobility.)
