Watford Borough Council is seeking to provide support for Young Entrepreneurs. This service will provide "harder to reach" young people in Watford with the knowledge and practical support they need to enable them to realize their business ideas and start-up or sustain a viable business.The funding has been allocated from the government's Additional Restrictions Grant (ARG). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The Council is running an Expression of Interest Process to determine a shortlist for quotation.
