PURCON894 BMI Image data storage and analysis system
Notice Description
The UEA has a requirement to procure a software package for image analysis for the BMI. This software should be capable of 3D image reconstruction, segmentation of both 2D images and 3D reconstructions, tracking of objects in both 2D and 3D timelapse image series, be able to carry out wound/scratch analyses, have Machine-Learning capability and be compatible with images produced by the BMI's image acquisition software (i.e., Zeiss AxioVision, Zeiss Zen Blue and ImSpectorPro [Miltenyi Biotec GmbH]). The software should have the capability to be run on a central, powerful workstation and be used remotely. Quotes should include a 3-yr service contract; i.e., 2 years beyond the normal 1-year warranty. Additional information: N.B. The contract is being administered through In-tend our electronic tendering system. Suppliers Guide to In-Tend Registration In-Tend is an electronic tender system. It allows us to advertise our requirements for services and goods and for suppliers to express their interest in such opportunities. The system provides for the secure transfer of documents; queries to be dealt with efficiently; evaluation of PQQs and short-listing suppliers; evaluation of tender returns and finally award of contract. You will need to be registered with In-Tend if you wish to download a tender advertised on the system. To register on the University of East Anglia In-Tend website: 1. Go to https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofeastanglia/aspx/Home 2. Click on "New User Registration". 3. Complete your company details, clicking next after each page. 4. Click "Register My Details" on the final page to complete the registration process. 5. Two E-mails from the University of East Anglia In-Tend system will be sent confirming your registration. N.B. Requests for information on a project should always be made via the correspondence function within the software. Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
