To provide WRAP with a detailed and unbiased understanding of the practicable opportunities, considerations and limitations in the use of compostable packaging (particularly of compostable plastics) as an optional packaging solution. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. This procurement will be managed electronically through the Delta eSourcing suite.
