Arden and GEM Commissioning Support Unit seeks proposals for a partner for twelve months who can work with the CSU to provide bespoke advice and support on housing and housing related issues which would include but is not limited to: * Developing housing opportunities and solutions for people with complex needs and behaviour that challenges. * Facilitating strategic dialogue and support between housing agencies, care providers and commissioning agencies to explore creative opportunities for collaboration. * Brokering new partnership opportunities across housing, health and social care. * Delivering practical support to progress agreed ideas through to practical implementation (eg. co-ordinating partners, bid writing and levering in additional expertise/ resource) Additional information: Please note that whilst within this advert we have included ITT Covering letter, ITT Part A and ITT Part B including the Service Specification and evaluation criteria you must respond via the Bravo e-procurement portal www.ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk. To access the portal you must first register your organisation on the portal and select ITTs open to all. Please note however that this ITT will not be available on the Bravo portal until 5pm Wednesday 1st February 2017.
