The services will be for people who are being discharged from inpatient hospitals, or who require skilled support in the community to prevent admission, and will focus on the following 3 priority groups: o People with high functioning autism, who have mental health needs and may pose a risk to themselves or others o People who have a learning disability and forensic needs o People who have a learning disability and whose behaviour is extremely challenging Interested organisations are invited to a market engagement event being held from 1.15 pm to 4.30 pm on Thursday 11th October in the Auditorium, Brighthelm, North Road, Brighton, BN11YD. Please register your interest by responding to the email outlined below, and note that depending on the scale of response, places may be restricted to one person per organisation. In Sussex, the Transforming Care Partnership brings together East Sussex County Council, West Sussex County Council, Brighton & Hove Council, East Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups and West Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups. The partners recognise that to meet the needs of the small number of people with the most complex needs, it will be necessary to work together to secure appropriate services.
