Provision of Consultancy Services under a call off contract on the following topics related to the Water Industry PR 19 Review *Company performance issues and investment pressures in the water industry. *Ofwat's methodologies used at previous reviews and current Ofwat proposals. *Price review processes in other industry sectors.. *Interpreting Ofwat and water company proposals in terms of potential benefits or risks to customers, in financial or service terms. *Focus on the implications for customers when looking at any of the potential issues we may raise under this call off arrangement. *Analysis and advice on the wider issues (e.g. Ofwat policies that apply to all water companies) or more detailed issues at individual water company level.
