Description: The procurement is for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a new potable water supply and on-site sewage treatment system to serve the pavilion and associated facilities at Mundy Playing Fields, Thornbury. The works include approximately 380-400 metres of new 63mm potable water main from Kington Lane to the pavilion, including excavation, pipework, valves and fittings, pressure testing, chlorination, certification, liaison with Bristol Water and full reinstatement. The procurement also includes a minimum 40 population equivalent packaged sewage treatment plant, foul drainage connections, inspection chambers, control and alarm systems, percolation testing, drainage field design and installation, environmental permitting support, decommissioning of the existing cess pit, commissioning and handover documentation.
