The Council is looking to replace all legacy Integrated Services Digital network (ISDN) Lines and single telephone Lines within the Council with future proofed Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) Lines. Move the Council's existing WLR (Wholesale Line Rental) and BEL (Business Exchange Lines) into a supported contract. Crown Commercial RM3808 Network services 2 Lot 1: Data access services was used for the procurement of the data circuits for SIP. Crown Commercial RM3808 Network services 2 Lot 3: Traditional Telephony Services was used for the procurement of the line rentals and call plan.
