Notice Description

Lincolnshire East, Lincolnshire West, South and South West Lincolnshire CCGs are commissioning a CPMS to develop and a Community Pain Management Service (CPMS) that will provide early identification and intervention for patients with chronic/persistent pain. The service will be commissioned to integrate and co-ordinate elements of the services currently available, whilst developing a range of biopsychosocial services to address the needs of patients.
