Notice Description

The council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and competent planning consultant to undertake the following services in order that the site's infrastructure and pre-development works might be progressed: 1. Prepare and submit and an application for planning permission in respect of retaining walls and two lean-to garage structures in connection with its residential development at site A (formerly 141- 162 Ockford Ridge, Godalming.) 2. Collate information and submit an application to discharge Reserved Matters in connection with the current planning permission WAV/2017/0120, for the above mentioned redevelopment scheme. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
