We are seeking a professional and experienced firm to carry out an evaluation of the effectiveness of the Board and its Committees in respect of its composition, diversity and how effectively members work together to achieve objectives. Individual evaluation should demonstrate whether each director continues to contribute effectively. Therefore, the review would be expected to focus specifically on Board dynamics, behaviours and the way directors interact as a Board.
