Notice Description

Waveney District Council is looking to undertake a Whole Plan Viability Assessment which will support the preparation of the new Local Plan for the District and potentially, a review of the Council's Community Infrastructure Levy. The assessment should be prepared in line with the 'Viability' guidance contained within the National Planning Practice guidance. The assessment should also consider and have regards to the guidance contained within the Local Housing Delivery Group's publication 'Viability Testing Local Plans' (2012) and the RICS 'Financial Viability in Planning 1st Edition' (2012). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
