Notice Description

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS) aims to source a provider to co-design, develop and deliver a development programme for front line staff (and those who support them) to increase their awareness and skills in coaching and communication so they can be applied in practice to improve our patient/service user ownership, engagement and management of their own health challenges. This approach when applied effectively can demonstrate improved health and motivational outcomes (ref 'Health Coaching' literature). The 'co-design' element is to incorporate some tools/models already now in use (GROW, Push/Pull styles of communication) for which there is now internal evidence and a demand/appetite to scale up and extend - so we wish to build on what has begun to be familiar, whilst not constraining the provider to add their unique value. DCHS has secured funding to allow us to do this - which brings its own demands in terms of delivery timescales which is a significant factor - we are looking to deliver the first tranche of training Jan - March 2019 with follow up half-days committed in April - June 2019 Additional information: To access the documents you will need to register on the NOECPC Intend system as per the link below is not already registered https://in-tendhost.co.uk/noecpc/aspx/Home Once on the Portal click on Current Tenders on the drop down and scroll down till you find the relevant tender, click of View details bottom Right of screen, on next page click on express interest then you will be view and download documents and Opt in or Opt Out. Note deadline to return bids is Noon on the 7th December and deadline to submit clarification questions is 30th November 2018
