THE PROVISION OF EXPERT COMMERCIAL ADVICE ON CHAPTER 11 PROCEEDINGS IN THE UNITED STATES INVOLVING THE UKSAR PROVIDER'S PARENT COMPANY. IT IS NECESSARY TO HAVE A LOCAL SOURCE OF INTELLIGENCE IN TEXAS WHERE THE PROCEEDINGS ARE TAKING PLACE TO UNDERSTAND THE PROGRESS OF THE NEGOTIATIONS AND THE ATTITUDE OF THE CREDITORS, WHOSE SUPPORT IS CRITICAL FOR A SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME.
