Notice Description

. Description: Health and first-aid training services. First-aid training services. Delivery of the First Person on the Scene Intermediate Training to Edexcel Award Level. The successful bidder will also be required to provide administration and support (Clinical Governance/Maintenance) and management reports and information. It is anticipated that throughput will be approximately 360 students per year (1015 over 3 years) but the Authority does not guarantee this volume. Courses and tests must be delivered in a 4 day block or split over weekends when this is required. Operational availability of personnel will be maintained by negotiation between the service provider and Authority line managers. The CPV codes fall within the classification of contracts for social and other specific services. Market research has indicated that total cost during the lifetime of the contract, inclusive of renewals will fall below the threshold for such services but above the minimum threshold set in regulation 5 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.The processes and timescales given in the tender documents will replace those set out in part 2 of those regulations.
