HAC5313 - Learning Disability Day Opportunities Framework - Supplier Market Testing
Notice Description
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (the Council) is determined to improve the quality of life of its vulnerable residents and to promote social inclusion, integration and a holistic approach. The Council will be commissioning a framework to increase the range of local activities available for people with a learning disability and autism. The aim is to increase choice and to ensure activities support people to progress and develop or maintain their independence within the community by promoting a "think work first" culture and by offering a greater variety of developmental valued and fulfilling activities with greater choice, personalisation and flexibility, supporting individuals to develop their social, emotional, communication and independent living skills. Before commencing this procurement and in order to maximise interest and participation from potential providers, we are seeking the views and feedback on: Draft Specifications; Draft Fees structure; Draft Lot 1 - Activity programme - this will need to be submitted and refresh in annual basis. 'Readiness to Tender' support required by potential supplier to prepare for the tender. GDPR questionnaire Feedback from suppliers will be kept confidential. The Council reserve the right to modify the draft documents before publishing the tender. To access the documents and submit your feedback and views please log in in the London Tender Portal: https://procontract.due-north.com/register Additional information: Feedback from suppliers must be submitted through the system and by no later than 16th September 2019 at 12 noon This procurement is suitable for SMEs Organisations wishing to participate in this Market Testing Exercise must register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where documentation will be available for download. Registration is free of charge.
